Nutritional Counseling

Nutritional Counseling, Because Real Food Matters

We believe in the fact that all pets are unique. Their health, their diets, their personalities are true only to them. We’re here to help you find the best for them, to discover their truth north. We believe what’s right for you should only matter to you, no bull, no sales tactics, no fake ingredients— straight forward, simple, honest.

We offer two nutritional counseling options tailored to best fit your goals for you and your pet.

Our Basic Counseling session will arm you with the general nutritional and dietary knowledge to get your pet on a path to health and wellness. If you are just starting to explore the world of pet nutrition or are interested in learning a bit more about the right foods and products for your pet, the Basic Counseling is the right fit.

Our Advanced Counseling session includes a deep dive into pet health and behavior with NorthPoint Pets’ founder, Nicci Cammack. This session includes a comprehensive review of your pet’s veterinary history and provides pet parents with the opportunity to engage in an intensive review of specific conditions or concerns. If your pet has a diagnosed digestive problem, nutritional deficiency, skin issue, or is on prescribed antibiotics or medication, the Advanced Counseling is highly recommended.

Our expert staff is fully equipped to help address common issues, provide unbiased product recommendations and answer general questions. To arrange a Basic or Advanced Counseling session, please complete the pre-counsel form below and someone from our team will reach out to schedule a session.

Please note: Counseling sessions typically book 2-3 weeks out, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests as timely as possible.

Please complete all required fields. Once the form is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
